DEALing WIth Change

START[pm] consulting DEAL Framework provides an approach to managing change  that  focuses upon  the key Decisions, success criteria (Determination) and Deliverables necessary to manage and monitor any change initiative.

We utilise a four phase lifecycle approach:

• Define - Defines the objectives, measures and boundaries for the allocations of resources.
• Enable - Establishes the environment and resources required to deliver the desired business outcomes and capabilities
• Adapt - Realises and enhances upon the business benefits though adaptive application of the allocated resources
• Learn - Modifies and embeds the capabilities through monitoring, control and feedback to sustain the benefits

The DEAL Framework links change initiatives across the Strategic, Tactical and Real-Time contexts, to ensure consistency between top-down organisational goals and operational initiatives.
